Returns & Exchanges – Capstone Jewellery

Our products are eligible for buyback or exchange following a comprehensive inspection for authenticity, quality, and damage.

The final decision regarding return, buyback, or exchange will be made at the company’s discretion and is binding.

This policy applies to all “Capstonejewellery consumers” purchasing Capstonejewellery brand diamond jewellery through:

• Company’s offline stores
• Company’s online store
• Authorised franchisee stores
• Other authorised retail partners or shops

1.   14 DAYS NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY

• We want you to absolutely love what you buy from Capstonejewellery. But in case you change your mind, we offer a 14 Days No Questions Asked Return Policy for your complete peace of mind.
• What does it mean?You may return your product within 14 days from the date of delivery, and choose to receive your refund in one of the following ways:
  • 1. Capstonejewellery Coins – credited to your Capstonejewellery wallet for future purchases.
  • 2. Bank Refund – processed directly to your original mode of payment.
• Returned products must be in unused condition, with all original packaging, certificate(s), and invoice included.

2. LIFETIME EXCHANGE POLICY

• A Lifetime Exchange Policy is available to all Capstonejewellery consumers.
• Under this scheme, the Exchange Value will be termed as KEV (Capstonejewellery Exchange Value.)
• The KEV is calculated as follows:
  • Gold Value = 100% of the prevailing market value.
  • Diamond Value = 100% of the prevailing value of the diamond.
  • Gemstone value = 90% of the prevailing value of the gem.

• If a discount was applied during the original purchase, the equivalent amount will be deducted when calculating the KEV.
• Upon acceptance of Capstonejewellery jewellery for exchange, the company will provide products of equal or greater value based on the customer’s selection. No refunds will be issued henceforth.
• If the value of the new jewellery exceeds the KEV of the old jewellery, the customer must pay the difference. This policy does not cover any additional costs arising from the difference between the KEV and the new jewellery selected for exchange.
• Under this Lifetime Exchange Policy, Capstonejewellery jewellery must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase, including a copy of the invoice, the original jewellery certificate, and the warranty card provided at the time of purchase. Failure to meet any of these requirements will render the consumer ineligible for an exchange.
• All exchanges are subject to a quality check conducted by the company. Any alterations to the gold, such as changes in weight, karat, sizing, or design, as well as any changes or loss of diamonds in the original product, will render the item ineligible for the Lifetime Exchange.
• The KEV is calculated without including making charges and taxes.
• The company will complete the entire process, including quality checks and processing, within a maximum of 21 working days.
• This policy applies exclusively to Indian consumers only.

3. LIFETIME BUYBACK POLICY

• A Lifetime Buyback Policy is available to all Capstonejewellery consumers, allowing jewellery to be returned to any Capstonejewellery retailer, company showroom, or franchise showroom.
• Under this scheme, the Buyback Value will be termed as KBV (Capstonejewellery Buyback Value.)
• The KEV is calculated as follows:
  • Gold value = 100% of the prevailing market value.
  • Diamond value = 85% of the prevailing value of the diamond.
  • Gemstone value = 70% of the prevailing value of the gem.

• If a discount was applied during the original purchase, the equivalent amount will be deducted when calculating the KBV.
• Under this Lifetime Buyback Policy, Capstonejewellery jewellery must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase, which includes a copy of the invoice, the original jewellery certificate, the warranty card provided at the time of purchase, and a valid government-issued photo ID. Failure to meet these requirements will result in ineligibility for the buyback policy.
• All buybacks are subject to a quality check conducted by the company. Any alterations to the gold, such as changes in weight, karat, sizing, or design, as well as any changes or loss of diamonds from the original product, will render the item ineligible for the Lifetime Buyback.
• The KBV is calculated without including making charges and taxes.
• The company will complete the entire process, including quality checks and processing, within a maximum of 21 working days.
• All payments for the buyback value from the company will be processed only via bank transfer.
• This policy applies exclusively to Indian consumers only.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized jewellery

🚚 Shipping Costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless item is defective or incorrect)

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos/videos for verification
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
